Week 21: It's A...

Baby Girl!
We went for our big ultrasound today and Bryan won the bet! We are so excited! He will now be outnumbered around here with all of us chicas. She is growing wonderfully and is 13 oz. in weight. Her feet are up by my belly button and she was facing my back, but moving around like crazy. She is quite active and ready to get growing and come into this world and wear some ORANGE! With a tiny bit of pink. :)

Everything else looks great and the only thing that they are watching is my due date. Since I had long and short cycles before getting pregnant, it is harder to pinpoint a more exact date for me. They are saying between Feb. 26 and March 1st on my charts, so we know that if she isn't out by the 26th, it just might mean that I need to be pregnant a little longer. So we will see!

Bryan got to feel her move this week and the movements keep getting stronger and more frequent--very cool! We also are on the downhill countdown to when our busy times (fundraiser for me and PE exam for Bryan) will be over and we can finally start going full force on the nursery and registry! I am going crazy not having much done around here, but it has been a busy October. I actually started an online registry that we are excited to use once we get going. It is called My Registry, and it allows you to put stuff from any store (yes, even the Jayhawk Bookstore and Chipotle) on your registry. We've been having fun playing around with it and will have it up and running before Thanksgiving!

It has been such an exciting week and we are so blessed that everything is going well with our baby girl. We can't wait to meet her and start getting all of her room and things in order before she gets here. Oh, and yes she has a complete name waiting for her, but we will announce it when she graces us with her presence.
